BERKLEY When Josh Berkley sold Scott & Julie Boyce their dream
home in Arizona, one of the first things out of Mrs. Boyce’s mouth was
“he has restored my faith in human beings.”
Working almost exclusively by referral, Josh prides himself in superior
customer service. To date, 100% of every buyer that has ever bought a
house using his services that then had to resale has listed with him to
represent them as the seller’s agent. Josh looks at each of his clients

for his work. Josh is the top producing agent at Rio Verde Realty,
averaging over 40 closed transactions per year, and steadily maintains
over 10 listings at a time. He’s proud to be a multi-million dollar
producer, which had been his dream for 3 years before ever beginning his
career as a REALTOR®.
His passion for people and building relationships is also invested
outside of the real estate field. He’s involved heavily in ministry for
his church and the community. Annually he hosts the youth event “One In
The Park.” On Monday nights he leads an all male Bible Study at his
house. Wednesdays he personally disciples to young Christian believers
in the Word and on Thursday’s he leads a youth group for “New Beginnings
Community Church.” He’s a member of First Baptist Church of Sierra
Vista.
His biggest accomplishment thus far is meeting the woman of his dreams.
Currently engaged, he has met his soul mate, Morrisa. When attending a
Mission Trip to Hermosillo, Mexico in June 2005, Morrisa immediately
caught his attention and it’s been love since first sight.
