If you don't know Mary Holte, chances are you have just recently moved to the area because Mary knows everybody and everybody knows Mary. You will be hard-pressed to find anybody who knows more about Sierra Vista because Mary has watched it grow from a one-street town in 1960 to the county hub it is today. Mary recently retired from her position of Department of the Army Civilian, Senior Budget Analyst. A career in which she gave thirty years of service to. Now she is embarking on her second career...Real Estate...which has long been a passion of hers. A person of compassion and conviction, Mary has a long history of community service and involvement. She is a member of St Andrew, the Apostle Catholic Church and serves as Treasurer for their Social Concerns Committee, Third World Handarts Project. jShe is also a very active member of the Lady Elks, serving as chairman of the Community Relations Committee. Her background in budgeting is a natural segway into being the Treasurer of Greenways Homeowners' Association. Mary is also a member of the Henry Hauser Museum Foundation. When not working or participating in civic organization, she and husband Mel like to walk their Min-Pin "Toby", work on the family scrapbooks, and travel around the country visiting children and grand-children. When asked about her real estate philosophy, Mary replied, "I believe honesty and professionalism are the key attributes essential to a real estate salesperson, and I hope to put my enthusiasm to work with buyers to get them what they want at the price they want to pay and sellers the best price for their property."
