Although new to Rio Verde, Patti is not new to the area.
Having been a resident since the late 1970's, Patti has seen Sierra Vista
grow from a tiny little one street town to the burgeoning community it is
today. Enthusiasm is just one of the qualities that make Patti so easy to like, but spend a few minutes with her and you'll also find that she's honest, smart, and genuine. "Honesty," says Patti, "is one of the most important things to be in real estate AND in life. Honesty and care go hand in hand. If people know you are honest then they know you care. I want my clients to know that I truly care about their real estate needs and that I will give 110% to each and every one of them." In addition to real estate, Patti continues to work part time as a Youth Director for Our Lady of The Mountains...a passion she has been dedicated to since 2001. "Raising my own teens has taught me the importance of teenagers having a positive influence and something to turn to in their lives." Patti's sense of duty and responsibility to her community is strong. In addition to her position as Youth Director, Patti was a member of the San Pedro Kiwanis for five years and she still volunteers to help the stocking stuffer program. Patti also works with other churches to provide activities for the youth of Sierra Vista. Not surprisingly, family and friends are very important to Patti. She is married, with two teenage children. When not engaged in real estate, church, or community service, Patti and her family like to go skiing and snowboarding in the White Mountains or just spend quality time together. To contact Patti:
